* Outpatient-only OB/GYN care (Monday–Friday schedule)
* No OB call required
* Option to perform outpatient surgeries (not required)
* Complex surgical cases referred to a central regional office
* Deliveries and procedures for OB/GYN patients coordinated through a nearby tertiary care center
* Supervision of 2 Nurse Practitioners
* 200 hours of paid CTO per year (includes 40 hours CME)
* Immediate patient base and access to a large regional referral network, including high-risk maternal-fetal medicine support
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Base salary: $250,000/year
* Productivity bonus available
* $5,000 annual CME stipend
