Seeking a dynamic and dedicated Medical Director to launch and lead our brand-new OB/Gyn hospitalist program Westwood, New Jersey.
* You'll oversee a skilled team of OB/Gyn physicians and drive excellence in women's healthcare for the community.
* As medical director, you'll partner with seasoned clinical and operational leaders who bring extensive experience in building and supporting successful OB/Gyn hospitalist programs.
* We offer comprehensive leadership onboarding and training, making this an ideal opportunity for both experienced leaders and those stepping into a leadership role for the first time.

**Additional Details**
* 24-hour, in-house shifts; full-time is 6 to 8 shifts/month

**Compensation & Benefits**
* Compensation is an estimated base salary range of $328,000 to $383,000 annually.

* Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
