Treat a range of general neurology cases (e.g., stroke, headache, seizures, Parkinson s, dementia)
Optional procedures: lumbar punctures, Botox injections
Weekdays only, flexible 4-day work week
No call, weekends, or holidays

Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000
Requirements:
National PA or NP certification
NYS license, BLS, and DEA
