Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Occasional coverage at Stratford Pines (Midland, MI)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct visits for new patients
• Rounding on established patients
• Manage patient discharges
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to provide high-quality geriatric care

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• AHA-approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in geriatrics or primary care preferred, but new graduates will be considered
