**Nurse Practitioner Opening – Geriatrics**

An excellent opportunity for a **Nurse Practitioner** with a passion for Geriatrics to join a collaborative, patient-centered team serving older adults across the Willamette Valley. **About the Position**
-Monday through Friday schedule
-Four 10-hour shifts per week
-Average of 8–15 patients per day
-Provide comprehensive care including chronic disease management, acute medical issues, and rehabilitation support in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
-Perform in-office procedures such as incision and drainage (I&D), cryotherapy, and shoulder/knee injections
-No in-person call responsibilities
-Help support internal medicine and family medicine residents during clinic rotations
-Local travel to long-term care and assisted living facilities within the Willamette Valley
-EPIC EMR utilized across the system
**Qualifications**
-Experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, or assisted living care required (completed rotation in a nursing facility preferred)
-Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
-Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
-Eligibility to work in the United States
