**Responsibilities**
Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s clinical problems and health care needs
Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient’s condition
Prepares a comprehensive patient care plan
Periodically reviews the health care plan and goals of individual patients
Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy or inhalation therapy
Refers patients to specialist for treatment
Complies with ACRMC Code of Conduct
**Requirements**
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Nursing.
Two years of experience preferred.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the State of Ohio.
Current BLS required.
