**Compensation & Benefits Package:**
* Compensation is $530K-$580K base productivity incentives
* 75k starting Bonus (first payroll month)
* 25k Retention Bonus year 2
* Not-for-profit employer (PLSF - Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible)
