Full-Time | Level III NICU
An established and collaborative neonatology group is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologists to join a dynamic team.
* 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60
* Advanced services include neonatal ECMO, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators), and total body cooling
* Active neonatal transport and resuscitation teams
* Full pediatric subspecialty and surgical support
* High volume of extremely low birth weight (ELBW) cases
* Academic affiliation with resident teaching opportunities available
* 12-hour in-house shifts (15 per month for full-time)
* Supportive and collegial practice environment focused on clinical excellence and continuity of care
**Requirements:**
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
* Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship (prior to start)
* Active Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain
* DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
* New fellowship graduates through 2025 encouraged to apply
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Base salary starting at $250,000 for new fellowship graduates (commensurate with experience)
