Seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a high-acuity, nationally respected Level III NICU team at a premier children’s hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Be part of a multidisciplinary group where 24/7 collaborative care, cutting-edge interventions, and full pediatric subspecialty support converge to provide life-saving treatment and impactful care for the most vulnerable patients.
* Join a cohesive and collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 NNPs/PAs
* Care for critically ill neonates, including extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants
* Work in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60
* Utilize advanced neonatal interventions:
* Neonatal ECMO
* Jet and Oscillatory High-Frequency Ventilation
* Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO)
* Whole-body Cooling for HIE
* Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams
* Collaborate closely with comprehensive pediatric sub-specialists, including cardiovascular surgery, PICU, CVICU, and pediatric emergency medicine
* Deliver patient-centered care in a forward-thinking, innovation-driven environment
**Schedule**
* 24/7 in-house provider coverage
* Participation in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage
* Weekends and nights included in rotation schedule
