Medical Director – Outpatient Behavioral Health opening in MA

Full Time and Onsite Position
Seeking an experienced psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for a comprehensive outpatient behavioral health program. The role provides clinical and administrative leadership across adult and pediatric mental health, substance use disorder services, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, addiction urgent care, and interventional psychiatry services (including TMS and esketamine). Responsibilities include provider supervision, program development, quality and risk oversight, policy development, and direct patient care, while collaborating with multidisciplinary and executive leadership teams.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Massachusetts medical license, DEA, and controlled substance registration
Minimum 5 years of clinical psychiatry experience
Experience with substance use disorders and integrated behavioral health preferred
Compensation:
Salary range: $275,000 – $300,000, based on experience
