- Board Certified OB/GYN
- ME License OR IMLC LOQ
- Epic experience
- References – REQUIRED (1 supervisor 2 peer within 12 months)
- NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
- Clean history
**Compensation**
- Facility accepting bids
