**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts only
- Setting: Outpatient only
- Patient Population: Adults only
- Minimum: 5 IR cases/day

**Clinical Details**
- Procedures required:
- Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)
- Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
- Hemorrhoidal Artery Embolization (HAE)
- Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE)
- Some pain injections (minimal)
- IR oncology procedures are not currently performed

**Team & Support**
- 1 Interventional Radiologist
- 2 NPs, 2 RNs
- 4 MAs, 4 Ultrasound techs

**Requirements**
- Board certified in Interventional Radiology
- Active Indiana license or active IMLC
- Clean history
- Proficient in IR embolization procedures
