**Clinical Details**
- Diverse case mix including OB, ortho, GI, GYN, ENT, urology, vascular, and pediatrics
- No cardiac or neuro cases required
- Medically supervised care team model
- Coverage across multiple ORs, GI suites, bronchoscopy, and cath lab
- Strong surgical and anesthesia support teams

**Requirements**
- Active Washington license or IMLC required
- Board eligible or certified CRNA
- ACLS and BLS required
- Comfort with OB, regional, and general anesthesia cases

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
