Full time or Part time (4 day or 5 day work week)
Position Overview:
First-year pay range: $308,572 to $333,592.

Team consists of two physicians and three advanced practice providers when fully staffed. This position is being hired for the replacement of a long-term physician who is retiring.
Four-day or five-day work week.
Outpatient only with 1:6 nurse triaged call.
Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI on site.
Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support.
Provider team consists of three physicians and two APPs.
15–20 patients per day.
Epic electronic medical record.
Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
