Full-Time | 4 x 10-Hour Shifts | Inpatient Hospital Medicine
A community-based hospital in Southbridge, Massachusetts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Hospital Medicine team and provide inpatient care in collaboration with Hospital Medicine physicians and other Advanced Practice Providers.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Hospitalist APP opportunity
- 4 x 10-hour shifts per week
- 100% onsite
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant considered
- Collaborative Hospital Medicine model
- Work alongside Hospital Medicine attendings and APPs
- Perform and document complete histories and physical examinations
- Develop diagnoses and treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
- Participate in daily inpatient rounds
- Document progress notes
- Collaborate with consulting services and interdisciplinary teams
- EPIC EMR
- No procedures required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual hiring range: **$127,587.20 – $160,763.20**
Candidate Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current or eligible Massachusetts license
- National certification through ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA, as applicable
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- Federal DEA registration
- 2 years of APP-level experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within an inpatient multidisciplinary team
