**Board Eligible / Board Certified in Urology**
Position Overview:
• Seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Urologist
• Join a busy practice with 5 urologists
• Call schedule: 1:9
• APP support provided
• Work at a 417-bed regional tertiary care center and Level II Trauma Center covering a 5-state region
• Facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and experienced first-assist staff
Robotics & Surgical Practice:
• Three Da Vinci robotic systems, including the SP system; fourth system planned
• Opportunity to work with 3 robotics-trained surgeons
• Ideal candidate has interest in developing a robotic surgery practice
• Full range of medical and surgical subspecialties available for support:
o Critical Care
o Hospitalist Services
o Interventional Cardiology
o Radiology
o Pathology
o Medical and Radiation Oncology
• Active tumor board
• Supportive, physician-led and collegial environment
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary of $629K
• Productivity bonuses available from day one
• Starting and retention bonuses up to $162,900
• Paid relocation and moving allowance
