**Family Medicine Physician Opportunity - Central Michigan**
**Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine**

Position Overview
Full-time, outpatient primary care role
Serve patients of all ages
Join a well-established team with one physician and two NPs
Onsite lab, imaging, and rehab services
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions
Contribute to quality and cost-effective care initiatives
Participate in educational or research activities if desired
Provide documentation for insurance compliance and appeals
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary with RVU-based incentives
