**Family Medicine Opportunity**
**Location: Tulsa, OK (Coweta Area)**
Position Overview
• Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician
• Outpatient-only practice serving patients of all ages
• Brand-new clinic in a fast-growing community
• Join an established and growing team with family medicine physicians and pediatric support
• Standard office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Administrative time built into the schedule (0.5 day per week)
• Minimal call shared with a large physician group; calls triaged by nursing staff
• EPIC EMR with advanced AI documentation support
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive two-year income guarantee with achievable wRVU and quality incentives
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $25,000 relocation assistance
• CME allowance of $4,400 annually
• Full coverage for licensure, DEA, and OBNDD fees
• 25 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Immigration support available, if needed
