**Family Medicine Opportunity – Walton, NY**
**Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine**
• Traditional inpatient/outpatient family medicine practice located in a friendly town on the western edge of the Catskills.
• Work alongside family physicians, advanced practice providers, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
• Multiple outpatient specialties available on-site.
• Clinic located next to a 25-bed hospital with short-term rehab and a 24/7 Emergency Department.
• On-site ancillary services: lab, cardiopulmonary, imaging, pharmacy, PT/OT/speech therapy, and cardiac/pulmonary rehab.
• Call schedule: one week approximately every two months (primary care only).
