This is a permanent position.
Opportunity Details:
Full-time Nurse Practitioner position
Provide comprehensive primary care, including patient evaluations, exams, and ongoing management
Perform diagnostic testing, small procedures (excisions, laceration repair), and DOT physicals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Participate in coordination with “The Boone Heart Institute”
Oversight of RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants; may supervise residents and interns
Emphasis on patient-centered, values-based care in alignment with hospital mission and standards
Requirements:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in specialty area
Clinical experience in family practice or related specialty preferred
Active or eligible New Mexico NP license
Strong communication and leadership skills
