The Opportunity
Join a well-established Family Medicine team in a vibrant, family-friendly community in central Washington. This outpatient practice is located in a scenic lakeside town offering a small-town atmosphere with access to a broad network of healthcare resources and support. The fully staffed team includes seven physicians and three advanced practice providers.
Position Highlights
Full-time, outpatient role with a standard four-day workweek
Phone call only, 1:6 weeks, nurse-triaged
On-site lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and integrated behavioral health
Multi-specialty clinic with nearby specialist support
16 20 patients per day
Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
EPIC electronic medical record system
Compensation
Competitive annual salary: $131,000 $152,000, based on experience
Monthly wRVU bonus potential
Signing bonus, relocation stipend ($5,000 in first paycheck)
Student loan repayment assistance (up to $24,000 internally)
30 days PTO in the first year
CME allowance: $5,000 every two years

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (minimum 4 years of longitudinal care experience)
Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
Eligible for Washington State licensure
Strong communication skills and patient-centered care mindset
Ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation
Interest in living and working in Grant County, Washington
