Position Summary:
• Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a respected and growing ENT practice.

Practice Highlights:
• Join a team of five ENT physicians in a collegial, supportive environment.

• On-site ancillary services providing comprehensive patient care.
• Coverage limited to one primary facility located less than one mile from the clinic.
• Service area spans 23 counties across Northeast Arkansas, serving a population of 700,000 .
Facilities & Technology:
• New 245,000-square-foot Surgery & ICU tower opened in 2019.
• Recently completed $7 million surgical expansion.
• 17 state-of-the-art operating suites with new equipment and advanced technology.
• Four Da Vinci Xi robots and one Da Vinci 5 robot.
• Approximately 10,000 surgical procedures performed annually.
Compensation & Incentives:
