Seeking a BE/BC ENT to join hospital.
- With the growing demand for the practice's services, they are actively looking for an additional Otolaryngologist Physician to join this growing practice with a positive reputation for quality outcomes and patient experiences.
- The group currently consists of 2 Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologists (Facial Plastics and Reconstruction & Pediatrics) and Two Advanced Practice Providers.
- Groups supports a Level III trauma center with a larger trauma facility nearby.
- Well-established referral network — including numerous growing hospital-employed primary care groups.
- Excellent hospital employment benefit package, including employer matching retirement plan
- Malpractice coverage

- Guaranteed Base Salary of $450,000 plus wRVU production-based compensation. Given the expansive regional draw for this service line, the production-based compensation is substantial.
