A well-established and expanding healthcare system in northwestern Pennsylvania is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join its team. This opportunity offers a high-quality work environment in a newly constructed, state-of-the-art Emergency Department located in DuBois, PA.

Position Highlights:
28,000 annual ED patient volume
Brand-new Emergency Department opened in mid-2023
44 private rooms including 4 trauma bays
Level II Trauma Center with neuro-trauma ICU
360-bed hospital
8-, 9-, and 10-hour shifts
36 hours of daily physician coverage
24 hours of daily advanced practice provider (APP) coverage
Opportunities to work across 4 EDs in the regional network
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation & Benefits:
$270/hour for ABEM-certified physicians, plus $30/hour shift differential
$100,000 sign-on bonus with 5 year commitment
$10,000 relocation assistance
18 month stipend program at $2,500/month
$3,000 annual CME allowance 40 hours of CME time
