Seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join group. As part of a single hospital system that includes inpatient, outpatient, and surgical resources, this role offers a rare opportunity to practice high-quality CTV surgery in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
Details:
- 1:4 call schedule for the CTV service, enabling work-life balance and minimizing burnout.
- Access to a modern hybrid operating suite, fully equipped for complex endovascular and open procedures, with advanced imaging integrations.
- Integrated within a hospital system that supports cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, with strong administrative, ICU, imaging, and vascular lab backup.
- Collaboration with a robust cardiology group: interventional cardiology, EP, general/invasive, heart failure, advanced imaging — ensures referrals, joint cases, shared care, and innovation.
Compensation:
- Our salary and benefits package is exceptional and will be more than competitive with a minimum 2-year salary guarantee and bonus potential.
- We have the full complement of benefits: health and dental for the family, long-term and short disability, life insurance, 403(b) tax shelter annuity and 457(b) deferred compensation.
- Malpractice insurance (retroactive & tail). 30 days of vacation.
- 10 days CME, $7,000 for CME expenses and dues/subscriptions
- Our compensation model is productivity driven and based on WRVUs with obtainable bonus incentives.
