Job Description & Responsibilities
• Join an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM
• Option for 4/10-hour shifts (7 AM–5 PM)
• Full spectrum case mix with a diverse patient population
• Supportive and collaborative working environment
• Loan repayment may be available through federal and state programs
• EMR: EPIC
Compensation
• Salary range: $117,000 – $145,000
(Based on qualifications, experience, education, and market standards)

• NYS Licensure
• BLS Certification
