Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various facility areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Execute responsibilities with precision, including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for lighting, plumbing, or structural issues
- In charge of industrial cleaning, projects and residential painting tasks as required to ensure facility upkeep
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of projects schedules and supplies inventory to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance work within commercial settings
- Knowledge of general maintenance practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and operating power tools
- Familiar with construction. Eg: tape and float, minor plumbing and installing electrical outlets
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining make ready and remodel jobs in a timely manner
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
