Overview:
The HR Business Partner works collaboratively with members of the HR Team and leaders throughout the business to support a positive and productive workplace. The HR Business Partner is responsible for applying business knowledge and HR expertise daily. This role involves managing key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll and benefits. The employee will have a deep understanding of HR processes, a proactive approach to employee relations, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives that support the team and organizational goals.
Essential Duties:
- Manage the HRIS and ensuring the data is up to date and accurate
- Manage employee relations matters, including coaching, facilitation and advising toward the resolution of employee/management issues
- Monitor employee engagement and company culture via surveys and tracking of metrics to identify areas of improvement. Support the culture through implementation of programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development and offboarding to ensure a seamless and supportive experience
- Facilitate talent assessments, succession planning, job description creation and training and development opportunities in collaboration with leaders
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Maintain company policies and procedures to ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations
- Oversees payroll processes, ensuring employee salaries, bonuses and deductions are calculated accurately and paid on time
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
- A minimum of 7 years of HR experience
- Knowledge or HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with HR software systems

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
