Job Summary
Archway Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processor to support the full lifecycle of commercial real estate loan transactions. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial application through funding, servicing, and payoff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in managing multiple transactions simultaneously, and communicates effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Loan Processor Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full loan lifecycle from application through funding and final payoff
- Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation, including financial statements, rent rolls, organizational documents, and supporting materials
- Coordinate and track third-party reports, including appraisals, environmental assessments, title, and insurance
- Order and monitor title, escrow, and closing deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Prepare and maintain complete and accurate loan files for underwriting and closing
- Serve as a point of contact for borrowers, brokers, attorneys, and third-party vendors throughout the transaction process
- Track deal pipeline activity and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders
- Assist in drafting term sheets, closing checklists, and conducting file audits
- Review loan documents for accuracy and consistency with approved credit terms
- Coordinate loan closings with legal counsel and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied
- Manage post-closing documentation and ensure proper file retention and compliance
- Monitor loan covenants and ongoing reporting requirements
- Support servicing functions, including payment tracking and borrower communications
- Coordinate with warehouse lenders to provide required documentation and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in loan processing, commercial real estate lending, or related field
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, underwriting processes, and closing procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also operating independently
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
