Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies to provide a secure environment for children and staff.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and support staff members to maintain a motivated and professional team dedicated to excellence in early childhood education.

Experience
