Dental Receptionist / Front Desk - Oral Surgery

Archstone Oral and Facial Surgery is a busy, growing private oral surgery practice in Daly City - doctor-owned, not a corporate chain. Our patient volume is growing and we are adding a third front-desk team member. Target start date: on or before September 1, 2026.

What you'll do:

- Welcome and check in patients - set a calm, reassuring tone for surgical patients

- Answer phones, schedule consults and surgeries, keep the doctor's day running on time

- Verify dental insurance benefits; obtain referrals and authorizations

- Present treatment plan fees and collect payments

- Coordinate with our referring dental offices

- Chart preparation and day-to-day administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

- 1 year of dental front-office experience - oral surgery, perio, or endo experience a big plus

- Warm, dependable, and organized; able to multi-task and make a great first impression

- Practice-management software experience (WinOMS, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) a plus

- Bilingual (Tagalog, Spanish, or Cantonese) a plus
