Essential Duties :
- Receive incoming materials, supplies and equipment.
- Unload trucks, inspect material for damage or defects, uncrate and assemble materials if needed.
- Prepare crates and other items to be shipped.
- Process basic shipping / receiving / inventory transactions in computer system
- With training, operate material handling equipment including hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, delivery vehicle, etc.
- Deliver materials to appropriate departments and obtain required signatures.
- May respond to after hours requests regularly on an on call basis.

Skills and Abilities:
- Perform all assigned duties.
- Demonstrate skills required to obtain forklift operator certification.
- Maintain good housekeeping in assigned area.
- Comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures.
- Read, write and speak English.
- General knowledge of inventory processes including storing, receiving, packaging, preserving, issuing, shipping, or transferring, and inventory control.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Typically less than 2 years related experience.
- No leadership responsibilities.
- Must be fit for duty for the job tasks being performed.

- Must meet the medical requirements necessary to wear PPE required by role.
- Constantly required to stand, display good manual dexterity and to reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to walk with good balance.
- Regularly required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds and to push and pull up to 110 pounds.
- Occasionally required to stoop, twist, kneel, and squat.
- Occasionally required to crawl, climb in and around equipment, stairs and slanted ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Addresses problems / issues that are well-defined, using guidance available to provide solutions.
- Opportunity for innovation does not arise frequently.
- Actions and decisions impact operational and to some degree financial results.
- Coordinates inventory planning cross-functionally to support business objectives and metrics including part sales, customer service, inventory turns, cost savings, and inventory obsolescence.
