Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for developing and executing the supply chain systems strategy and roadmap
- Ownership of supply chain master data, including vendor catalogues, PDH materials master, equipment spare parts bills of materials, and vendor master. Responsible for cleansing, maintaining and enhancing the data as necessary.
- Develop, track and report key metrics for the overall supply chain function
- Supply chain systems stabilization and enhancement, including but not limited to Oracle, GAINS, RateLynx, Barcoding, etc.
- Acts as a liaison between supply chain and the IT organization
- Scopes and manages supply chain technology related projects
- Works across the supply chain team to identify process gaps and works to close those gaps with the necessary stakeholders
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a Supply Chain Management System to house key policies, standards, guidelines and processes for easy access and training purposes.

- Oracle Cloud
- Thorough knowledge of supply chain management systems, such as Oracle Cloud, Barcoding, Transportation Management Systems, Inventory Planning Systems, etc.
- Knowledge of Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply chain, or business-related field.
- Master’s in Supply Chain preferred.
- Typically, at least 15 years of related experience in IT supporting Supply Chain Management systems and processes
- Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
- Participates in the development of systems and functional strategy for the Supply Chain organization.
- Manages organizational design and structure within assigned scope.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend with good balance, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Regularly required to sit, perform repetitive duties, use a PC and to talk and hear.
- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Travel as required.
- Analyzes performance data on an on-going basis and develops recovery plans as needed.
- Makes decisions and resolves issues that are concerned with formulating programs for a function / project and allocating resources (facilities, people, money, materials) among these groups.
- Finds immediate solutions to problems and solutions to resolve conflicts. Escalates as needed.
- Implements preventative and corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Expected to drive process improvements and to teach others to identify opportunities, provide ideas, methods and innovations and to implement improvements to enhance safety, teamwork, efficiency and quality.
- Works closely with other functions to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Actions, judgement and overall performance directly impacts margin contribution, profitability and has a serious effect on the performance of the business.
- Prepares budget for assigned area, manages to budget, reports variances and develops recovery plans as needed.
