We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team on a part-time contract basis. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting project deadlines.

- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, performing checks and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners, to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
- Manage and support packaging, shipping and receiving efforts.
- Support management of production materials and supplies, ensuring timely shipping and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate records of projects and production activities, documenting in the appropriate channels and platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiencies.
- Be a valued member of the Archrival Operations Team, lending input and feedback as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to carry and lift packages up to 15 lbs.
- This is a part-time contract position working 5-10 hours per week.
- This role is based in Portland, OR and is required to be in office.
