What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sampling Tour Specialist - Northeast position at Archrival Agents?
Archrival is partnering with a leading non-alcoholic beer brand to execute a multi-state, event-based mobile sampling tour. This tour will take place for approximately 5-months (Late-April to September) across key cities in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
With oversight from Archrival, the Sampling Tour Specialist (STS) will work alongside a Sampling Tour Lead (STL) and locally-based teams to activate on behalf of the brand at events throughout the above-listed markets. In addition to base compensation, travel costs and per-diem will be provided aligned to the tour's event schedule.

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:
- Support Event Setup Breakdown: Assist with daily load-in and load-out, asset setup, and teardown while maintaining a clean, compliant and professional event footprint.
- Monitor Inventory: Track product and asset usage throughout each event and proactively flag needs or issues to the on-site STL.
- Capture Consumer Event Insights: Collect consumer feedback, identify event improvement opportunities, and track sampling quantities for the STL to include in their daily recap report.
- Deliver a Positive Brand Experience: Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and approachability while supporting other staff and contributing to a strong team dynamic.
- Maintain Safety Compliance: Consistently follow safety practices, sampling regulations and compliance guidelines across all events and tour activities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Brand Sampling Experience: 2 years of prior brand or event sampling experience, with commitment to the full tour duration. Brand/sampling tour experience is strongly preferred.
- Operational Readiness: Competence in asset setup, basic event production, logistics support, and on-site safety practices.
- Driving Support: Clean driving record with comfort assisting in driving or operating large vehicles and handling on-site equipment.
- Compliance Certified: Possess (or be willing to acquire) an active TIPS or state-equivalent service certification.
- Coachable Accountable: Reliable, detail-oriented and open to feedback with strong ownership of responsibilities.
- Exceptional Communicator: Warm, confident communicator with strong soft skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of consumers.
- Full-time Availability. Able to work 40 hours-a-week with a shifting work schedule that includes evening and weekend work activation and travel.
- Easy Spirit. Comfortable with the short-term nature of this position, currently slated to run from late April through September 2026.
