Hours: 8am - 5pm
Pay: $2200/weekly

Archive is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an 8-12 week assignment at our Albion, IL, private, on-site, employer clinic, serving the employees of the facility and their families. This is a temporary assignment covering for another NP who will be out on leave; however, due to the volume in IL, and number of clinics, there may be opportunities for full-time positions in the near future. As the Nurse Practitioner in this role you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, thoughtful care that meaningfully supports the health and well-being of our factory workforce.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employee overall well-being.
• Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries.
• Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care.
• Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.
• Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals within the organization.

Who You Are:

• Must be licensed as an NP in the state of IL.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of IL.
• Current DEA license and prescriptive authority in IL (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)..
• Ability to work independently in a clinical setting with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse employee population.

Education & Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree (MSN or DNP) from accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Completion of coursework in family medicine, adult-gerontology, or occupational health not required but great to have.
• Skilled in managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and wellness counseling for adult populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Telehealth platforms.
• Previous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, health coaches, and care coordinators.
