Bringing the archives to you since 2020
Founded in 2020 by Dr Matthew Kidd, Archive Mole was initially created during the COVID-19 lockdowns to help international researchers access UK archives remotely when travel was restricted.
As a historian, Dr Kidd was balancing teaching, research, writing, and family life, all while attempting to visit archives across the UK. The pandemic highlighted the need for a more accessible way to retrieve archival materials, and Archive Mole was born to make this process easier, saving researchers time, money, and hassle.
Since then, Archive Mole has continued to thrive as researchers around the world have recognised the convenience and efficiency of our Document Copying, Material Location, and Research services.
