What You'll Do:
- Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases of healthcare projects.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and code analyses.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Stay current on healthcare design trends, technologies, codes, and regulations.
- Mentor emerging design professionals.
- Support client relationships, business development efforts, and project interviews.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Current architectural licensure required.
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Enscape, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare planning, construction technologies, codes, and regulations.
- Experience coordinating project teams, consultants, and contractors.
