Warehouse Operator

Architectural Woods, LP is hiring a Warehouse Operator for our Vancouver, WA location. We’re seeking a detail-oriented team member who fills orders accurately and delivers excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, thorough, and able to prioritize with minimal supervision.

Position Description:
The Warehouse Operator primarily pulls lumber and plywood orders using a forklift for in-house and next-day delivery. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading company trucks, incoming deliveries, and customer vehicles.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Intermediate to strong forklift experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work overtime as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, including will-call support
• Pick, load, and unload orders for company and customer vehicles
• Receive materials and complete accurate paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform cycle counts
• Adapt to changing daily business needs

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 10:00am to 6:30pm
• Monday to Friday
