----Position Overview----

ASI is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Part-Time Marketing Manager to support our growing marketing needs. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys owning a wide range of marketing activities—from social media and email campaigns to digital asset management and sales support.

You will manage the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives while collaborating on strategy with the VP of Sales & Marketing. This is a great opportunity to help shape and grow the marketing function within a small but fast-expanding company.

As ASI continues to grow, this role has the potential to expand into a full-time position if business needs and performance support the transition.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest content and performance improvements.
  • Assist with short-form content creation, captions, and light graphic design.

Email Marketing

  • Build and send email campaigns using Mailchimp (or similar CRM platforms).
  • Maintain and segment contact lists; ensure subscriber data remains clean and organized.
  • Create newsletters, product announcements, and event or launch emails.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.

Website & Digital Asset Management

  • Update product pages, landing pages, and project portfolio sections.
  • Organize and maintain image libraries, product photos, and marketing assets.
  • Upload, tag, and manage images, PDFs, and sales materials to support the e-commerce site and sales team.

Marketing Materials & Project Support

  • Assist in developing brochures, one-pagers, sell sheets, and case studies.
  • Coordinate with external designers, photographers, or agencies as needed.
  • Support photo and video organization for project spotlights and customer presentations.
  • Assist in preparing materials for trade shows and industry events (ASLA, AIA, NeoCon, TPIE, etc.).

Additional Support

  • Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.
  • Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned, depending on business needs and priorities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media for a brand or business.
  • Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in Mailchimp and CMS platforms (Shopify experience is a bonus).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple small projects with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus: Experience in architecture, design, interiorscaping, landscaping, or a visually driven industry.

Education & Experience

  • 2 years of marketing experience preferred (in-house or agency).
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is helpful but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
