Marketing Coordinator
A|r is seeking a collaborative and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing, communications and business development efforts. The ideal candidate brings an energetic, proactive approach, is inspired by the built environment, and values creativity and sustainable design.
With strong writing, graphic development and organizational skills, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in communicating A|r’s work and supporting pursuit strategies across the firm:
- Collaborate with A|r’s marketing and project management staff to create compelling proposals, presentations and qualifications packages
- Design layouts incorporating text, informational graphics, photography, and diagrams to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Maintain A|r’s proposal materials, marketing collateral, graphic standards, brand identity, and project imagery database
- Assist in project, client, and market-focused research activities
- Develop content and provide support for social media, website updates, and email marketing
- Track procurement opportunities, proposal deadlines, and submission requirements
- Attending pre-proposal meetings for procurement opportunities as needed
- Review designs for quality and manage printing and publishing of final products
- Support coordination and execution of professional architectural photography and documentation of completed projects
Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of internal events, branded materials, volunteer initiatives, and many types of activities that enhance A|r’s culture and community engagement.
The successful candidate will work in office from A|r’s Buffalo, NY (Allentown) main location. The position may require occasional travel for site visits and events.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Arts, or related field
- One to three years of relevant work experience (experience in Graphic Arts with a focus on marketing and presentation development preferred)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Strong visual communication storytelling ability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite desired
- Desire to engage with social media, digital marketing, and online engagement
- Experience with video editing, Photoshop, or digital media creation
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or design industry is desirable
Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
