We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional computer related skills to navigate web-based project information
- Ability to utilize established company electronic directories (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) in the development of project submittal requirements
- Assist in the routine preparation and submission of project documents including Contracts, Change Orders, Pay Applications, and Close Out Documents
- Develop a working knowledge of the proprietary systems developed by the company for the various scopes of work including materials, fabrication techniques and what is necessary to execute the scope of work
- Assist in the acquisition of building permits, if required by scope of work
- Establish clear line of communication with AM team members
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to perform the tasks necessary to promptly and efficiently complete tasks
- Represent the company in a positive and informative manner
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening test
- This position requires a valid driver license. A pre-employment background check, including driving history, is required.
