At AD/S, we design and fabricate signage, displays, and fixtures that make an impact — from glowing architectural features that light up city skylines to wayfinding signage that guide travelers through airports, hospitals, and resorts.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from contract to completion — managing budgets, schedules, production, installation, and customer communication. You’ll serve as the key link between our sales, design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
What You’ll Do
Manage projects and budgets through all phases: design, permitting, production, and installation
Coordinate schedules, tasks, and resources across internal teams and subcontractors
Maintain strong customer communication and deliver solutions on time
Ensure profitability by tracking costs and maintaining margins
Conduct site visits, investigations, and supervise installation work
Review and interpret design packages and construction drawings
Negotiate and manage subcontractors for permitting, installation, and estimates
Track and report project progress using internal software
Prepare change orders, updates, and invoices
What You Bring
5 years of project management experience (signage or construction industry required!)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design packages
Sharp organizational skills, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce
A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with persistence and integrity
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
OSHA 30 a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
