What You'll Be Doing
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Assist with project schedules, milestones, and sequencing
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track schedule changes and proactively communicate risks or updates
Communication & Team Support
- Act as a point of contact between designers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Coordinate meetings, distribute notes, and track follow-ups
- Support client communication as directed by the Project Manager
Document Control & Administration
- Maintain accurate project records including contracts, permits, drawings, change orders, COIs, W-9s, invoices, and job logs
- Support contract administration including OCIP/CCIP enrollment, pay applications, and closeout documentation
- Ensure documents meet company standards and compliance requirements
Budget, Cost & Procurement Support
- Assist with estimating and budget tracking
- Prepare purchase orders and process vendor invoices
- Track project costs and support financial reporting
- Order and track materials, equipment, and office supplies
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain safety documentation (SDS/MSDS)
- Assist with PPE distribution and safety coordination
- Track employee licenses and certifications (OSHA, city licenses, etc.)
Project Closeout
- Coordinate final inspections and punch lists
- Assist with as-built documentation and owner turnover materials
- Support final billing and closeout submissions
What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
- High school diploma required; construction-related degree preferred
- 5 years experience in construction project coordination or project support strongly preferred
- Commercial construction experience is a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
