Duties
- Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, schematics, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify quality control, adherence to blueprints, and proper installation of systems such as electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Review project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel, providing guidance on best practices in construction management and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed documentation including inspection reports, incident logs, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, and contract management to ensure project milestones are met within scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, BidDocs, etc.
- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; knowledge of construction estimating is a plus.
- Supervising experience on large-scale projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Strong skills in quality control inspections and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
