We are looking for more than a great estimator.
We are looking for a great people leader.
The right person for this position must genuinely enjoy working with people and know how to manage different personalities, experience levels, strengths, and working styles. You should be approachable, an excellent communicator, comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary, and able to hold people accountable without losing the trust and respect of your team.
This role is responsible for the overall performance of the Estimating Department, including bid quality, workload management, estimating accuracy, team development, deadlines, processes, and communication with other departments.
You will work closely with executive leadership while developing a strong, accountable, collaborative estimating team capable of supporting the continued growth of Architectural Components.
Why Join Architectural Components?

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Estimating Manager who can help us strengthen not only our estimating processes, but also the people behind them.
This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the company by developing employees, improving systems, strengthening communication, and helping determine which projects and opportunities are right for AC.
