Position Vision
The sales support role is to partner the sales design team in recording/creating, closing their sales, building customer loyalty, and prospecting new clients. The Sales Support is responsible to help maintain the day-to-day operations and look of the showroom. This role’s key responsibility is to support the sales team and store manager to help them increase sales, identify new opportunities, and close business.
Requirements
Do you have:
- Great merchandising, customer service and presentation skills
- The ability to quickly connect with people and build relationships
- Can you type 50 wpm
- Solid CRM Software Experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Resourcefulness in satisfying customer needs
- Unbridled energy and determination?
- A “Let’s get it done” attitude?
Experience in a retail sales environment, with working knowledge of retail practices and procedures, is a plus. Solid computer, systems, and math skills are required.
