You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: (1) Providing administrative and technical leadership or supervision to employees. (2) Managing an organization's day-to-day office services operations. (3) Analyzing and evaluating program performance data to identify problems and make recommendations for improvement. (4) Experience in directing highly technical, complex office services programs.
