You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position: Ability to supervise the trades, crafts, and labor functions of construction, renovation, installation projects and maintenance and repair projects. WS-15: Must possess relevant experience and analytical skills to perform on the job, as well as the functional and technical skills required of the role, to include: Applying knowledge of facilities management, building systems, construction methods, and contracting practices to evaluate work and ensure compliance; Providing clear oral and written instructions, documenting activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving issues professionally; Reviewing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing actions that enhance productivity and safety; Analyzing organizational or operational issues, developing solutions, promoting teamwork, and supporting employee morale; and Supervising operations that perform heating and cooling (HVAC), electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
