SCREEN-OUT: Supervises machinists and electronics mechanics in accomplishing work operations in the Machining Section. Plans the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools on a day-to-day, project-by-project or month-to-month basis; adheres to work priorities, project schedules, resources, and detailed work plans established by higher level supervisors. WS-12: 1. Assigns work to individuals and provides technical directions and assistance in accomplishing difficult work steps and processes; observes work in progress to anticipate and resolve problems, reassigns personnel within the group supervised, and coordinates work among workers and other supervisors to maintain work progress to meet schedules; inspects completed work for quality and work order requirements; and reports possible or actual work delays to the supervisor.
